The university has several recently opened colleges in which single rooms are blocked for the time of the conference. In addition, there are several hotels of different price ranges in the direct vicinity of the conference site in which rooms have been blocked. A meal plan in the college cafeterias is available for the attendants where breakfast, dinner, and lunch can be bought at special rates.
